The Christmas Edit is pure GOLD! And ridiculously logical and easy to implement. I can't even find the words for the empowerment the simple simple exercise generated.
It goes to show that Christmas can get back to the wonderful celebration that it is, rather than the obligatory stress event that it has become.

I was so exhausted last year that I told the entire family I was cancelling my participation in Christmas. I wasn’t doing the big family meals, the hours and hours of preparation, the gifts, the decorating, the cooking, the cleaning... Nothing.
This worksheet helped me realise that I don’t want to cancel Christmas again. I want to restore some of what Christmas means to me … and it really helped me define what that is.
I’m not limited to creating a Christmas that meets everyone else’s expectations. I can decide what Christmas in our home looks like. Who knew?

A PERSONAL NOTE
I'm Amber, and I help families create the holiday they actually want by deciding what matters, creating that, and letting the rest go without guilt, over-explaining, or turning every change into a family fight.
But I didn't come by this naturally, if I'm honest.
For years, I did Christmas however it came about. I spent most of December exhausted and a little resentful, saying yes to gift exchanges, last-minute invitations, and someone else's idea of fun without actually thinking about it. Every yes was small. Many went unnoticed. Together, they kept me away from the season I wanted and the people I most wanted to be with.
Everything changed when I stopped looking for a more elaborate planning system and started asking better questions: What do I actually care about? What creates the feeling I'm after? What could be simpler, skipped, or let go?
I started choosing fewer things, giving them more room, and letting the rest be easier than I thought it was allowed to be.
And you know what? My people are loving the holidays more, not less. So am I.
That's why I created this worksheet. So you can stop executing a Christmas you never really chose and start creating one that feels meaningful and doable.
See you inside!
